What is your returns policy?
45 Day refund policy
If your item is not received within 45 days from when it was shipped, we issue a full refund.
Please take into consideration that your pacifier is made uniquely with your baby’s name and can’t be re sold. If you ask for a refund before the 45 days shipping time-frame, we can’t refund.
Pacifier must be returned within 50 days of receipt.

Do you offer free returns?
Yes. After we receive the Pacifier we will issue a full refund including your shipping cost. Please email with a proof of reciept for the shipping.
What if the Pacifier is damaged?
We are sorry to hear you have received a damaged Pacifier. No problem! Send our customer service team an email within 35 days of purchase to firstname.lastname@example.org with images of the damaged Pacifier, and we will be in touch to resolve the issue.
What if the Pacifier is stolen Unfortunately we can’t control what happens to a package after it has been shipped. If you live in an area where this happens regularly then we suggest taking out insurance against mail theft.
How long does it take to process my return?
We aim to process your return as soon as possible, but on occasions, it may take up to 21 days for your refund to be processed after you have returned your Pacifier to us. If you have not been refunded after 30 days of returning the Pacifier, please contact us at email@example.com with the proof of postage information from your return carrier receipt and we will investigate this further.
How can I track the status of my return?
As soon as your return has been received we will receive an email notification. You will then also receive an email from us to say your refund has been processed. Please note it can take 3 5 working days for the payment to show in your account, depending on the card issuer.
